?What is the golden thread of information?
The golden thread is the accurate, up-to-date information about a higher-risk building that the Building Safety Act 2022 requires to be created, kept and shared throughout the building’s life. Higher-risk buildings are those at least 18 metres or seven storeys tall with at least two residential units.
?Can you produce our CDM health and safety file?
Yes. We compile the health and safety file on behalf of the principal designer or client, gathering the information needed to manage risks during future maintenance, alteration or demolition work.
