Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website, our client portal and our file upload links. Please read them before using the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is run by Go Building Manuals Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17424954). Our address is The Coach House, Greensforge, Kingswinford, England, DY6 0AH. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Our services

Information on this website about our services is a general description. When you ask for a quote, we will send you a written proposal setting out the scope, fee and timescales for your project. The work we carry out is governed by that proposal and any terms of business we send with it. If they differ from these website terms, the proposal and terms of business take priority.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. The final price is confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts.

3. Using this website

  • You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with your business or your interest in our services.
  • You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the client portal or our systems, or introduce viruses or other harmful material.
  • We aim to keep the site available and up to date but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free from errors. We may change or remove content at any time.

4. Information on this website

Legislation, regulations and standards change, so please check the current requirements, or ask us, before relying on any information for a specific project.

5. Client portal and upload links

  • If we give you access to our client portal, keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
  • Our subcontractor upload links are private to the person and project they were issued for. Please do not share them.
  • When you upload files, you confirm that you are allowed to share them with us for the project, and that they do not contain viruses or other harmful material.
  • We may suspend or remove access to the portal or an upload link if we need to protect the documents, our clients or our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and downloadable templates and guides, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages, and use downloadable templates and guides within your own organisation. You may not sell, republish or redistribute them without our written permission. We take all reasonable care to make sure the manuals and documents we produce are accurate and compliant. They rely on information supplied by others, such as contractors, manufacturers and suppliers, and we cannot be held liable for errors in that source information.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of data. Our liability for the services we provide to clients is set out in the proposal and terms of business for that work.
